Note from Peggy:

The only one of the children I knew was Oliver Abbett of Iberia who was a merchant in the town for many years as I grew up there in the 30s and 40s in Iberia. I knew his two daughters: Prue Abbett Humphrey -McKee and Faye Abbett Arnold (both now deceased).

Lucinda Sedonia Prock was born 20 Oct 1860 in Miller County, a daughter of John and Elizabeth Prock who lived near Iberia.

Lucinda Sedonia married John Randolph Abbett on 16 Sept 1880 at the age of 20 years and they became parents of nine children including:
