Peggy graduated from Iberia High School in 1953 having accomplished the title of Homecoming Queen her senior year. She was very active in sports (basketball, softball and baseball) and was a cheerleader during her high school years... this love of sports would remain with her during the course of her life.
Peggy married Kenneth H. Warman (son of Rev. George and Lattie (Jones) Warman) on January 1, 1955 at the home of her parents in Iberia. Rev. George Warman of Dixon, Missouri conducted the marital ceremony. Kenneth Warman passed away 1 May 1986 in Kansas City, Wyandotte County, Kansas.
